Start with location and the work you need

Send your name, preferred contact information, city or ZIP code, and a short description of the work. For example: panels need to come down for a roof replacement; an app is showing an error; or you want to discuss adding a battery. Include a target date if you have one.

Match the details to the service

For removal and reinstallation, provide panel count, roof material, stories, pitch if known, and the roofer’s proposed dates. Explain whether all panels or only a portion need to move.

For cleaning, panel count, mounting type, height, and access are useful. For troubleshooting, describe what changed and include error messages or monitoring screenshots.

For a battery, new installation, or expansion, include equipment models if available, electricity usage information, available space, and what you want the system to do.

Send useful photos safely

Ground-level roof views and photos of accessible equipment help with the initial review. You do not need to climb the roof, open electrical equipment, or reach behind panels. Avoid including account passwords, personal documents, or unrelated identifying information.

Text photos to (945) 444-1941 with your name and city so they can be matched to the request. If a model label is not safely visible, simply say the equipment type is unknown.

Tell us what you do not know

An unknown panel count or missing app access should not stop the first conversation. We can identify what additional information is needed. A photo review may still need an on-site visit before the final scope and price are established.
