Roof attachment protection
Our limited workmanship warranty covers roof leaks directly caused by defective installation or sealing of the mounting points and roof penetrations we install or reseal. Unrelated roof defects and pre-existing leaks are outside this workmanship coverage.
Removal and reinstallation
For a system operating properly before removal, we verify operation after reinstallation and correct problems caused by our workmanship. Existing faults, unrelated component failures, and normal equipment aging are outside this workmanship coverage.
New solar and battery installations
Coverage includes defects in our installation workmanship. System operation is checked against the agreed design and equipment requirements, subject to any required utility authorization.
Covered workmanship repairs
During the applicable warranty period, we correct covered workmanship defects at no charge for the labor and materials needed to repair our work.
Equipment warranties
Panels, inverters, batteries, and other equipment may carry separate manufacturer warranties. Eligibility, duration, replacement terms, and labor coverage depend on the manufacturer and model. Our workmanship warranty does not replace or extend those terms.
Coverage limits
This workmanship warranty does not guarantee a particular electricity bill, energy output, or battery runtime. Unrelated roof defects and damage caused by storms, misuse, or subsequent work by others are excluded.
Your written warranty terms
Your written agreement identifies the warranty duration, start date, covered work, exclusions, and claim process. Complete terms are provided before you approve the project. This page summarizes coverage; the project agreement provides the specific terms.
How to request a warranty review
Call (945) 444-1941 or email sunraysolution1@gmail.com with your project address, service date, a description of the issue, and safe photos if available. Keep your agreement available for review. Do not climb onto the roof or open electrical equipment to document a concern.
