When to bring in solar service
Contact us when a client reports an inverter alert, missing monitoring, unclear production, or solar work connected to a roof repair. Send the exact inspection item if one has been raised. We confirm whether the requested work fits our service scope before scheduling.
A service assessment concerns the agreed equipment checks and findings. It does not replace a home inspection, appraisal, title review, contract advice, or a lender-specific certification.
One referral, with the right details
Include the property city and address, buyer or seller stage, known equipment brand, specific concern, and requested date. Identify the owner or authorized person who approves access, charges, and work. Confirm what findings may be shared with the agent.
A $200 nonrefundable diagnostic deposit covers the visit and initial assessment and is credited toward approved repairs. Additional work is quoted for approval. Deadlines, parts availability, and the requested documentation must be confirmed.
Keep the parties and questions clear
The solar provider addresses equipment and the agreed work. The roofer addresses roof condition and roof readiness. The lender, title company, and agreement provider address their respective ownership, financing, and transfer requirements.
Our homeowner guides are available to share as resources. An introduction does not require a link exchange. No paid referral or commission program is advertised.
