Dirty panels or a system problem?
Look at the pattern before choosing a service. Tell us whether you see a surface film, isolated deposits, a whole-system shutdown, or an app that stopped updating. A cleaning request should describe what is on the glass; an error message or sudden loss of production belongs in a diagnostic conversation. Share a dated screenshot and the last time output looked normal.
Planning access at your Dallas property
Include the property address, number of stories, approximate panel count, and whether panels sit on more than one roof section. Mention gates, limited side access, or other contractors working at the home. Photos taken from the ground help us review the job. The city name alone does not tell us roof access or how dirty an array is.
Compare cleaning cost with electricity value
A 20-panel cleaning costs $300 at our published rate. For electricity savings alone to cover that cost at an illustrative $0.15 per recovered kWh, cleaning would need to recover 2,000 kWh over the comparison period. That is a break-even calculation, not a prediction. Use the calculator with your actual generation and electricity plan before assuming the visit pays for itself.
What cleaning can recover
Cleaning can address output lost to surface buildup; the benefit varies by array. Research does not establish a guaranteed savings percentage for your home.
