What remains after rain?

If you can see a film or deposits from the ground, note whether they remain after rainfall. Rain is not a guarantee that every panel is clean, and a weather report does not measure the condition of your particular array. Send photos of persistent spots or buildup for review instead of choosing a cleaning interval solely from the calendar.

Distinguish a surface film from persistent marks

Describe whether the appearance is an even film, localized deposits, or marks that stayed after a previous cleaning. We review the condition and equipment before agreeing on the approach. Do not assume every visible mark is removable dirt or that aggressive scrubbing is appropriate. Persistent staining or suspected damage may need a separate scope.

Revisit the schedule after the first service

Keep the date and watch how quickly the concern returns. A $225 cleaning for 15 panels provides a clear cost to compare with the next proposed visit. If the array stays visibly clear and performs normally, there may be little reason to repeat cleaning immediately. If the same localized mess returns, identify the source and discuss whether another service would address it.

What cleaning can recover

Cleaning can address output lost to surface buildup; the benefit varies by array. Research does not establish a guaranteed savings percentage for your home.
