Describe what changed and when
Tell us when the marks first appeared, whether they followed a cleaning, and whether the appearance changes when viewed from different angles. Include any known sprinkler exposure or products previously used on the panels.
Photos taken from a safe location can help explain the pattern. Do not climb onto the roof for a close-up. If the issue is also associated with a production change, send dated monitoring information rather than assuming the visible marks are the cause.
Keep the cleaning method equipment-specific
Panel manufacturers can have particular cleaning instructions and restrictions. The proposed method should be reviewed for the actual equipment and condition. This guide does not recommend acids, solvents, abrasive tools, or pressure settings.
Do not attempt to scrape a stubborn mark or apply a household stain remover because it worked on a window. If a previous method did not resolve the concern, share that history before another treatment is proposed.

Understand the published cleaning rate
Sun Ray’s panel-cleaning rate is $15 per panel. For example, 20 panels is $300 for the quoted cleaning scope. There is no travel fee. Do not assume that every persistent stain, surface defect, or equipment fault is included or can be corrected by cleaning.
Send your address, panel count if known, photos, and previous cleaning details. We can discuss whether a standard cleaning request fits the concern or whether the condition needs another kind of review. Cleaning is not sold with a guaranteed percentage production increase.
