What is the difference between diagnosis and repair?
Diagnosis investigates the reported issue. Repair addresses the cause once the work and any parts are identified. A communication concern, damaged panel, and inverter issue can require different work even when the app shows a similar warning.
Before booking, ask what the visit includes, whether any testing is separate, and how additional work is approved. Tell a professional if you are looking for an assessment only or also want a repair quote.
Why is there no single repair price?
Equipment model, access, the fault, parts availability, and the work required all affect the scope. A roof-mounted component may involve different access from a wall-mounted inverter. Photos and error messages help with the initial review but may not establish the final repair.
We do not publish a universal panel or inverter replacement price. Request a written quote that separates the visit, parts, labor, and any additional work that applies to your project.
Does a warranty pay for the visit?
Ask the equipment provider what is covered and what documentation it needs. A covered component does not automatically mean every labor charge is covered. Bring the existing warranty documents to the discussion.
What should I send for a DFW repair request?
Send your city or ZIP code, equipment make and model if known, the exact error wording, safe photos, and when the issue began. Include monitoring screenshots without passwords. A professional can review the request and confirm the service scope and scheduling.
