What does the last-update time tell me?
It tells you how current the displayed data is. SolarEdge’s homeowner guidance distinguishes communication with its servers from the production information displayed in the app. A stale screen is not a new live measurement.
Tell a professional when the app last updated, whether your home internet works, and whether the problem followed a router change, outage, or account change.
What if I cannot log in?
An account-access problem is different from a system fault. Use the official provider’s account recovery process and keep the name of the account owner available. Do not share passwords with a contractor.
If you bought the home or your installer closed, ask the equipment provider about the process for authorized access or ownership changes. Keep the installation and ownership records together.
What information helps a service request?
Send the app name, exact message, last-update time, accessible equipment model if known, and your city or ZIP code. Explain whether you are missing all data or one part of the display.
We can review what service we can take on. Do not assume a troubleshooting request includes a provider account transfer or a particular brand certification.
Should I try an inverter reset?
Use only guidance appropriate to the exact equipment and situation. Do not open enclosures, handle wiring, or reset suspected damaged equipment based on a general guide. If current data returns but output remains unusual, describe that separately so generation can be reviewed.
